As stated in Section IV,A. of CHED DOH JMC No.2021-004,limited face-to-face classes are not mandatory. HEIs are given the discretion to conduct limited face-to-face classes or to continue the implementation of flexible learning modalities. If the HEI opts for flexible learning modalities, they shall be governed by the provisions under CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 04, Series of 2020 or the Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Learning.

Students may be direct or indirect contributor(dependents of direct contributor) for PhilHealth.

If public interest demands such as, but not limited to, national security, public safety, and public health, CHED may, without notice, order an 高校 for a preventive and immediate suspension of the conduct of its limited face-to-face classes.”

In line with this,LGUs shall proactively coordinate with the HEIs to ensure ease of doing business and effective government service delivery.”
